Marsden Valley – Nelson Floods

I was able to sneak out for a quick walk up Marsden Valley during my trip to Nelson (to photograph a wedding). On the positive side the valley has a lot more native bird life than I’ve seen there before (due to the intensive trapping being carried out), but the valley has also suffered a lot of damage from the recent floods.
